FABRICATION PROCESS
Manufacturing plant: 30,000 Square Feet
Melting process: Coreless, high frequency induction. 1,200 and 2x 4,000 pound furnaces
Welding: Shielded metal arc, Gas metal arc
Quality management system: ISO 9001:2015
CASTING PROCESS
Casting size: 5 to 5,000 pounds (2.27 to 2,270 kilograms)
Molding process: Phenolic – urethane no bake
Coremaking process: Phenolic – urethane no bake shell cores
3D Sand Printing: 3D sand printed molds
